1. Introduction

The Faceless Program (the "Service") is a coaching and educational program operated by Ché Sounds B.V. ("Coach").
 By enrolling in the Service, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not participate in the Service.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

All materials, discussions, and coaching sessions are intended for educational purposes only.
 The Coach does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
 The Client accepts full responsibility for their business decisions and outcomes.

3. Scope of Service

The Service includes access to training materials, live coaching sessions, personalized strategic guidance, and support aimed at helping Clients build and grow faceless YouTube channels.

The specific content, structure, and resources offered may evolve over time to reflect best practices and innovations.

The Coach makes no guarantee of specific results, channel performance, or financial outcomes, as success depends significantly on the Client’s efforts, market conditions, and adherence to strategies.

4. Performance Commitment

The Coach is committed to supporting Clients in achieving tangible progress, which includes helping Clients reach key milestones such as channel monetization or first revenue generation.

Extended support is conditional on the Client's active participation, including attendance, communication, and implementation of provided strategies, as outlined more fully in the private Coaching Agreement signed upon enrollment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Participate actively in coaching sessions and exercises.
  
  

• Implement the strategies and guidance provided.
  
  

• Communicate regularly with the Coach or designated support channels.
  
  

• Uphold professionalism and respect within the community and with the coaching team.
  
  

Failure to actively participate may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service without refund.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

• All fees are clearly disclosed at the point of enrollment.
  
  

• All payments are final and non-refundable, due to the immediate access to proprietary materials, coaching time, and resources delivered upon enrollment.
  
  

• Clients acknowledge that results are dependent on personal execution, and therefore no refunds or guarantees of specific income or success levels are provided.
  
  

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, processes, and communication shared within the Service are proprietary to the Coach.

Clients agree not to share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the Service content without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Coach from any liability related to business outcomes, revenue generation, or other results from the application of the Service materials.

The Service is educational and advisory in nature; ultimate business outcomes are the sole responsibility of the Client.

9. Changes to the Service

The Coach reserves the right to modify the structure, features, or offerings of the Service at any time, provided such changes do not materially diminish the overall value promised at the time of enrollment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any Coaching Agreement entered into upon enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach relating to the use of the Service.
